Rita is one of the most incredible coaches that I have had the privilege of being coached by. At the end of 2019, I was suffering from burnout and anxiety. I was exhausted, emotionally spent, angry, and unable to cope or even think clearly. Rita has helped me immensely; speaking to her every week has seen me find myself again. My anxiety levels have reduced drastically. She has shown me how to confront my issues instead of hiding from them. I have gone from an angry, anxious, tired, and desperate person to someone that can laugh again.
